The Seduction Of Sin

I see it everywhere. Sin entices. Sin allures. It seduces. People have fallen for sin since Genesis 3 with Adam and Eve eating forbidden fruit. Satan knows how to trip us. He knows the all the tricks. One look, One thought. One temptation. One choice to rebel leads to so much sorrow.

Satan entices people to drugs, sex and alcohol. He promises pleasure, fun and excitement. What he never tells people is that pleasure never lasts. You have more and more sin. Eventually even sin does not produce what is promised so people sin to an even greater degree.  He also never shows the end of sin.

Satan never tells people about the consequences. Broken hearts. Severed relationships. Heartache. Hardship. Hopelessness. It is a vicious cycle Satan keeps some families in for generations. He lures people then traps them. They are powerless to escape.

If people only knew the freedom found in Jesus. He satisfies. He is good. He liberates. Praise His holy name.

Satan is a liar and deceiver. He only comes to destroy lives. Jesu  comes to give people a better life.

Sin still seduces but Jesus still makes a way of escape and sets people free. Jesus still saves. Choose today whom you will serve. Will you be seduced and enclaved to sin or a servant and a child of Jesus?
