Warring Against Witches

I recently read an article where a group of witches gathered at an occult book store to cast spells over the President of the United States and a Supreme Court Justice. Those swearing allegiance to Satan are more brazenly warring against God and His followers.

At the same time the witches were in the store casting their spell several Christians gathered outside the store to pray and to sing praises to God.

Wake up America. We are in a war. Spiritual warfare is real. We have a real adversary. A hostile opponent. The followers of Satan are ratcheting up their attacks on all we hold dear as Christ followers. Faith. Family. Morality. The Bible. The Church. Freedoms in our country. Honor. Integrity. Justice. All under assault.

What will we do as a result? Notice I wrote "we." It's easy to expect others to engage in the battle while we sit on the sidelines refusing to get involved. If we do not war against the cultists we are going to lose our children, grandchildren and the religious freedoms this nation was founded upon.

If witches are willing to openly war for what they believe may we be even more committed to the cause of righteousness. May prayer bands form. May prayer closets be more frequented. May the followers of Jesus be more vocal in our witness. May we not cower in this time of battle. May we run to the battle and fight for the soul of this nation.

10  Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
11  Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12  For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13  Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14  Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15  and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16  above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17  And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
